BOOK SYNOPSIS

From the misty hills of Virginia horse country at dawn to the bustling bike filled streets of Copenhagen to the exclusive enclaves in quaint New England seaside towns, the photos in this incredibly designed perpetual planner will transport you weekly to some of the most beautiful scenes the world has to behold.

Jane Beiles, an acclaimed photographer based in Fairfield County, CT and contributor to the New York Times and Architectural Digest, has carefully curated her award winning collection to share her favorite travel, food, garden and interior photos in this unique planner. She has traveled the world on assignment and now we get a glimpse into her world behind the lens. Spectacular interiors, lush gardens, artists’ studios, unbelievable vistas - each page transports us to the sites with her stunning photos. We are treated to her reflections on each page as she shares whimsical anecdotes from the particular shoot as well as insider photo tips for the aspiring photographer.

The pages of this planner come alive as each photo is perfectly paired with inspirational quotes from an eclectic collection of voices ranging from Walt Whitman to Marcus Aurelius to Maya Angelou. The quotes and photos combine to inspire the user to explore not only the greater world through travel but to see the beauty in the simplicity of light at dawn, a bird on a branch or a well laid table bursting with bountiful food, wildflowers and dear friends.

Designed to be used by all ages, the planner strives to offer both organizational assistance as well as space for long and short term goal advancement. The pages afford opportunities to detail priorities and focus areas for tracking to create a sense of accountability and accomplishment. Further, in a rarely seen feature, this planner cleverly opens easily for both left and right handed users.

A planner has never promised as much joy, insight and inspiration as this unique treasure trove of stunning images, meaningful quotes and thoughtful design. It is a must have and a must give.

Changed my life

I've gotten so tired of doing everything on a computer screen, I decided to change my weekly tasks back to an "old school" planner. This format is perfect for me because while I still keep zoom links, directions etc on my online calendar, this gives me a place to glance at my week as an overview of important events and categorize my tasks into segments to keep me on track with my "to do" list. The accountability section gives me a fresh opportunity each week to work on habits I'd like to adopt - some weeks the focus might be on weekly hydration, fitness - or I might decide to set a goal for home-cooked meals or even sending a note in the mail to a friend or family member. Unlike other planners, which are a little flimsy, this one is solid and the bonus of beautiful photos, interesting paired literary quotations and personal anecdotes from the autor appeal to my creative soul. I bought this for myself and as holiday gifts and got rave reviews. Love this planner.
